Practical training is considered to be an integral part of the curriculum or academic program. The hands-on-skills based training is to ensure that companies are afforded the opportunity to incorporate current policies & procedures, e.g. systems. This has been a proven methodology and delivers great results.

The targeted and intended audiences are for new employees as a form of induction, and experienced credit control staff members improving current skills and/or refresher training in understanding current policies and procedures. A module can be created for supervisors wishing to enhance credit knowledge in progressing to a credit manager position.

In addition, these courses offer students the advantage in accumulating credits to complete a formal education within ICM Credit Management educational framework.
