I have been with CSM for a year now. I play a key role in marketing the ICM Credit Management Courses to new clients through telesales.
I have been with CSM for 8 months now, and am enjoying the learning experience! I run the front desk and also assist with administration.
I have been with CSM Debt Services since early 2011. Whilst being directly involved with all aspects of the debt collecting function, I ensure that our clients receive updates on matters handed over, maintaining customer satisfaction.
My role is that of managing the CSM Durban Office, and handling the finance/accounts portfolio. I also enjoy a role as a course facilitator for the Durban Credit Management Part Two classes, and marker of the Credit Management Part One and Two correspondence assignments. I have been involved as a course facilitator/marker since 2007, and took up a permanent position with CSM in 2010.
